I’m Karl the director of Freeman & Gray. I’m passionate about property and helping people acheive their dreams. My mission was to set up an estate agency to combat all those negatives assosiated with your traditional high street estate agencies.
I want your journey to be as seamless and stress free as possible. When setting up Freeman & Gray I envisaged an estate agency where the local community could go to and have complete faith in the services that we offer and thats why I decided to create the first local estate agency with ‘No Contracts’. By having no contracts you can be sure I am confident in not only selling your home but also delivering you a service you won’t find anywhere else.
I’m a true beliver of treating people how id like to be treated myself. So not only will you get a qualified MNAEA expert on your side when selling or buying a property but you will have someone who will treat you with courtesy and respect.
I’m Daniel, Director of Freeman & Gray. I am an expert in property having worked across the whole of Kent over the past 15 years. Having seen the downfalls of traditional high street estate agents I wanted to create something a little different which is why at Freeman & Gray we wont tie you into any contracts and you will have the full support of a multi award winning estate agents to help you on your moving journey. As a new father i spend all of my free time watching baby TV and playing with my daughter, I miss playing Golf!
Kirsty joined the team in October 2020 after previously working in the local area and growing up in Medway. Priding herself on her organisation and problem solving skills she has the perfect attributes to ensure a successful career in property management. Outside of work she enjoys going for long walks and spending time with her children.
Joanna joined the team at Freeman & Gray in 2021 as a lettings consultant after previously working in the financial industry. Her outgoing and enthusiastic personality ensures there is always good communication with clients throughout the letting process and loves helping people to find their dream home. Outside of work, Joanna likes to go on long walks with her two Bulldogs (when the weather permits!) and enjoys trying new restaurants.
Patricia is a valuable member of the team, with many years experience in various customer facing roles, her warm manner and attention to detail make her invaluable in helping buyers find their dream home.

Since the start of my career as an Estate Agent back in 1989 in South London, I have carried a profound sense of pride and privilege. This stems from the genuine satisfaction I’ve derived in assisting countless individuals in realising their long-cherished dreams of making a move. Over the years, my journey has been marked by the acquisition of substantial expertise within the property industry.
My deep-rooted connection to Kent, where I have resided since 1996 and actively worked within since 2000, uniquely positions me to guide customers towards a successful transition. My advice is grounded in an extensive understanding of the local property market.
The decision to align my path with Freeman & Gray is born out of a commitment to offer an even more efficient, personalised, bespoke and premium service to our valued customers. This shift is underpinned by my unwavering dedication to minimising the typical stress associated with the process of moving.
Outside of my professional life, I am happily married and call West Malling my home. In my leisure moments, you’ll find me in the company of my faithful canine companion and indulging in the pleasures of walking and tending to my garden. Additionally, I relish the exhilaration of riding a motorcycle, adding a touch of adventure to my life.

Fantastic customer service and honestly put us at ease every step of the way, going beyond and above. Freeman and Gray were my buyers estate agent and regrettably not ours. We wish we had known about Freeman and Gray before putting ours on the market. They have been a total god send, calling me outside of hours and making every step of the way clear and understandable. They are honest, they do not try to sweep things under the carpet and hold their hands up where there has been something missed, which my estate agents were incapable of. Their after care is also brilliant and I have received a number of messages sending personal well wishes and updates from our buyers.
